Pharmacovigilance QC Associates FR / DE / IT / NL / ES / PT / RU / CZ / SK (Pharmacovigilance/Quality Control): Reviewing and correcting adverse event case data, source-document translations, and safety database entries in a hybrid Budapest center with an accent on multilingual processing, data accuracy, and regulatory timelines. Focus on identifying clinically relevant omissions, maintaining data consistency, handling queries, and supporting audits and ICH-compliant processes.

What you will do
- Receive, download, accept, book in, and upload adverse event cases and source documents.
- Translate relevant European non-English source information into English and update adverse event forms.
- Review case data and translations for completeness, consistency, scientific rigor, and adherence to timelines.
- Handle processing queries, identify missing or incorrect clinical information, and coordinate corrections.
- Transfer documents for Patient Safety Information activities and complete daily workflows within agreed SLAs.
- Support training, mentoring, audits, inspections, and related administrative activities.
Requirements
- Graduate, postgraduate, or doctorate degree in life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, medical sciences, or an equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical experience.
- Fluency in English and French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Czech, or Slovak.
- Knowledge of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) principles.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to complete accurate, timely, result-oriented work.
