What you will do
- Perform feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Prepare and review site documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Track and follow up on questionnaires, confidentiality agreements, regulatory and ethics documents, informed consent forms, and investigator pack releases.
- Inform stakeholders when regulatory, contractual, and other site documentation is complete.
- Distribute completed documents to investigative sites and internal project teams.
- Maintain study systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate information.
Requirements
- Based in Hungary
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Approximately two years of relevant professional experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, adaptability, and accountability skills.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures and operational guidelines.
