Student Worker (m/f/d) – Finance, Digitalization & Reporting (Renewable Energy): Supporting finance digitalization projects and developing management reporting for a wind-power business with an accent on Power BI analytics, data consolidation, and process improvement. Focus on building efficiency business cases, performing ad hoc financial analysis, and supporting digital tool rollouts.

What you will do
- Support process improvement initiatives and develop business cases for efficiency and cost-saving projects.
- Create and enhance management reports using PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Consolidate reporting data and perform ad hoc analyses for business decisions.
- Coordinate back-office activities and support smooth operational processes.
- Collaborate on IT system rollouts, digital tools, and finance digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Current studies in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience or interest in Power BI, Power Query, business analytics, and data modeling.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week.
