Software Engineer Intern (C++/Mobile Game Development): Building and improving mobile game features, gameplay systems, internal tools, and workflows alongside experienced developers with an accent on C++ development, graphics, debugging, and optimization. Focus on testing and polishing gameplay, collaborating with designers and artists, and solving technical problems across iOS and Android platforms.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the Barcelona office

What you will do
- Build and improve mobile game features in C++ alongside experienced developers.
- Support gameplay systems, internal tools, optimization tasks, and workflow improvements.
- Test, debug, and polish gameplay experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers on game development projects.
- Contribute to technical documentation and propose technical solutions under guidance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
- Experience with C or C++ through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics and computer mathematics or algebra.
- Some knowledge of mobile platforms, including iOS or Android.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for games, learning, and teamwork.
