Anti-Cheat Programmer (Game Security)

What you will do

• Develop anti-cheat technologies directly in the March of Giants game engine, focusing on code hardening and client security.
• Integrate and maintain platform security features with the game client and hirify.global online services.
• Analyze existing cheats with security researchers and create new protections and detection methods.
• Apply Windows internals and operating system security knowledge to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Debug complex game security and performance issues while maintaining a seamless player experience.
• Track developments in game security, reverse engineering, and cheat development to address emerging threats.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant training.
• Professional experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, or a related field.
• Strong C++ programming skills, including low-level systems, multithreading, and memory management.
• Deep knowledge of Windows architecture, APIs, and security mechanisms.
• Understanding of obfuscation, anti-tamper techniques, and cheat detection technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
