Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid. Candidates must reside in Canadian provinces, excluding Quebec.
Salary: CAD 80–110 per hour, with potential eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in precious and base metals trading, focusing on physically settled transactions and front-office workflows.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements from traders and other stakeholders.
- Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts, integrations, data flows, assumptions, dependencies, and scope.
- Collaborate with technology teams and developers to define and deliver system enhancements for metals trading.
- Support deployment, business-user adoption, change requests, testing, QA, and UAT.
- Provide data-driven insights for trading strategies and risk management while supporting regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in metals trading, ideally involving physically settled metals.
- Strong understanding of banking, capital markets, and commodity-related products and services.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and change requests.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, traders, and business stakeholders.
- Upper-intermediate English and eligibility to reside in a Canadian province other than Quebec are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Openlink Endur.
- Experience in front-office trading environments.
- Exposure to complex trading system integrations and data flows.
- Experience with testing, quality assurance, and UAT on capital markets platforms.
