What you will do
- Manage daily operations and quality control for non-food vendors.
- Maintain partner inventories, including prices, stock, SKUs, promotions, and catalogues.
- Monitor pickers and orders and help organize manpower rosters for effective picker utilization.
- Provide administrative support to vendors and resolve operational issues.
- Implement vendor promotions and train partners on Pelican and other internal tools.
- Work with partners to identify and reduce vendor delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical thinking, data analysis, and effective organizational skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
