Order Handling Specialist (SAP/Logistics)

What you will do

• Process customer orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, factories, and other internal teams.
• Manage the order lifecycle from sales order booking through customer payment, ensuring timely delivery and cost targets.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and maintain clear communication about acknowledgments, schedules, and freight arrangements.
• Manage factory correspondence, including packing lists, delivery details, goods receipts, and shipment tracking in SAP.
• Process warranty orders, track factory dispatches, and coordinate the return of faulty materials.
• Support month-end closing, quarterly revenue forecasting, and urgent customer situations.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken, is strictly required.
• 1–5 years of experience in order handling, logistics, or order management in a local market context.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and order-processing tools.
• Knowledge of commercial terms, conditions, and INCOTERMS.
• Foundational knowledge of letters of credit, performance and advance bank guarantees, and VAT regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Basware, BOL, OMS, CSCOT, or POL.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
