HR Service Associate with German (limited full-time)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Prague office, Bucharova 2817/11, 158 00 Praha 5

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries through ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone.
• Research answers in the HR Knowledge Database and resolve an increasing range of inquiry types.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge content in collaboration with other HR teams.
• Contribute to content audits, identify recurring inquiry patterns, and support cross-functional HR projects.
• Participate in process and technical innovations involving robotics, automation, machine learning, and chatbots.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 12 months, with possible extension
• Proficiency in English and German
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in new technology
• Strong problem-solving, customer-orientation, and communication skills
• Responsiveness, ownership of tasks, and reliable follow-through
• Ability to question established ways of working and look for simpler solutions
