Intern GCO (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Support country and site feasibility activities and prepare pre-trial study documentation.
• Assist with study start-up, including trial document preparation, ethics committee and health authority submissions, and collection of site documents.
• Distribute, review, and track regulatory documents, agreements, training records, and trial materials.
• Support study execution by assisting with drug distribution, investigator communications, study file maintenance, data tracking, budgeting, and meeting coordination.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during study and site close-out activities.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and keep applicable systems and templates up to date.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Currently studying a master’s degree in clinical trial monitoring.
• English at B2–C1 level.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, applicable local regulations, company procedures, and SOPs is required for the work.
