Professional Services Consultant (Digital Employee Experience)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid work model balancing office and remote work. Travel to and work from customer offices or sites may be required.

What you will do

• Implement and operate hirify.global products at an advanced level during customer projects.
• Install and configure solutions according to agreed designs and prepare technical project deliverables.
• Deliver technical services to the required quality standards and support customer adoption.
• Understand customer requirements and advise on solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, support, product management, and partners.
• Contribute technical knowledge to community forums through articles and other publications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software consulting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, preferably related to end users.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications; macOS experience is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud deployments, including architecture, security, SSO, and APIs.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS.
• Awareness of industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST.
