Coordinator Quality Control (tMart)

What you will do

• Analyze quality variations, document quality-related cases, and issue quality assurance tips.
• Guide stores through delivery receiving and conduct spot checks on stored items.
• Match purchase orders with invoices, issue debit notes, and perform inbound and outbound transfer matching.
• Maintain accurate system data, file documents, and share information with relevant departments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and manage damaged or expired items through supplier returns or disposal.
• Follow defined login hours and report system issues affecting store operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A personal car is required.
• Strong attention to detail, structured prioritization, analytical skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, interact with senior executives, and work hands-on with several tools.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
