What you will do

  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with medical key individuals and healthcare professionals in hematology.
  • Provide balanced, medically accurate information on established and pipeline products and respond to unsolicited scientific requests.
  • Develop and execute medical engagement plans, educational activities, congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
  • Support investigator-initiated studies, clinical trial site identification, site issue resolution, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings.
  • Collect medical insights and share recommendations with Medical Affairs and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver scientific training and updates to internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, GCO, and PADU.

Requirements

  • Relevant background in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of scientific and therapeutic principles, research methodologies, clinical trial design, and scientific publication interpretation.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Understanding of local regulatory policy and industry codes related to drug registration, pharmaceutical promotion, and clinical studies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; domestic and international travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree such as an MSc, PhD, MD, or PharmD.
  • Experience in hematology.
