What you will do
- Review, update, and streamline HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
- Develop salary ranges, compensation tools, job grading frameworks, promotion guidelines, and career progression pathways.
- Manage and improve expatriate policies and international mobility processes, including onboarding, assignments, allowances, benefits, and repatriation.
- Act as an HR focal point for employees and managers, supporting employee relations and workplace issue resolution.
- Analyze HR processes and support HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, change management, reporting, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with HR policies and procedures, job evaluation, job grading, organizational design, compensation governance, and promotion frameworks.
- Experience in expatriate and international mobility management, employee relations, HR operations, and HR process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, project management, and change management skills.

- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Consulting or HR transformation experience.
