What you will do
- Analyze employee changes and identify updates affecting payroll allowance parameters.
- Prepare reports on HR service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and turnaround times.
- Create HR review presentations, performance dashboards, and operational reports.
- Provide ad hoc management information and data support to HR Operations.
- Automate HR data and MIS processes to improve accuracy and availability.
- Oversee the accuracy of HR Operations information and inputs in line with internal policies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an MIS function performing data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, along with Word and PowerPoint.
- Numerical analysis and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of banking human resource management systems.
- MIS reporting experience.
