TL;DR
Lead Platform Engineer (Industrial Data Analytics): Building and scaling platform infrastructure for industrial data analytics across AWS cloud and industrial on-premises environments with an accent on Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and secure software delivery. Focus on automating development and QA environments, enabling distributed on-premises deployments, and integrating DevSecOps and supply-chain security.
Location: Hybrid work from the Tampere or Vantaa office, Finland

What you will do
- Guide the technical direction of the infrastructure platform with system architects and engineering teams.
- Design and maintain automated provisioning and teardown of development and QA environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build and optimize container platforms across AWS Amazon EKS and industrial on-premises environments.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, software packaging bundles, and release automation for distributed on-premises deployments.
- Support developers and QA engineers in adopting and troubleshooting platform services.
- Integrate security automation, including TLS and certificates, identity management, and vulnerability scanning.
Requirements
- Solid experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a comparable software engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, configuration automation, and automated environment provisioning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, software packaging, release automation, and distributed systems.
- Ability to guide technical decisions, collaborate across engineering teams, and support developer enablement.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, AWS/EKS, OpenShift, Rancher, Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, Ansible, or Jenkins.
- Experience with secure software delivery, industrial edge environments, or identity management solutions such as Keycloak.
