What you will do

• Build and maintain robust automated tests and their deployment pipelines.
• Execute component and system testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate high-level marketing requirements into user-centric specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with software developers to report and resolve product defects.
• Improve quality assurance and testing processes within an agile delivery team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or software testing.
• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in software testing, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the software development process and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical approach.
• Clear and proactive written and verbal communication of complex technical issues.
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the technology or communications industries.
