Maintenance Systems & Reliability Specialist (SAP CMMS)

Location: Onsite at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, Wisconsin; Monday–Friday with occasional weekend and holiday work. Travel between the Mosel, Kohler, and Kenosha plants is required as needed.

Salary: $66,300–$83,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage equipment master data, bills of materials, maintenance plans, document links, functional locations, and employee work centers in the SAP CMMS.
• Create and audit preventive maintenance procedures and support equipment reliability initiatives.
• Develop lubrication specifications and routes, manage oil sampling, and recommend actions based on analysis results.
• Maintain the vibration monitoring program, establish machine databases, and provide technical support to skilled trades.
• Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to improve equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and cost control.
• Train maintenance personnel, support MRO activities, and resolve purchase order and invoicing issues.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related technical field preferred; alternatively, a two-year degree with relevant maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience and 2+ years of experience with SAP CMMS.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, Power BI, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency and a valid US driver’s license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transferred visa sponsorship now or in the future.
