What you will do

• Rotate through three departments during the two-year Technical Graduate Program.
• Work across areas such as UX/UI, software development, computer science, IT, data, discovery, regulatory affairs, product management, and production and supply chain.
• Lead and contribute to real projects with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with integrated international teams and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Participate in an optional international assignment where available.

Requirements

• Be about to complete or have recently completed a master’s degree.
• Have top academic results and highly proficient English.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Be an excellent collaborator with an empathetic approach and a global mindset.
• Be versatile, adaptable, motivated to take responsibility, and eager to learn.

Hiring process

• Submit a CV, answers to two screening questions, and academic records by 15 December 2026.
• Complete an initial video call screening.
• Attend an assessment center at the Copenhagen headquarters on 29 January 2027 if shortlisted.
