Publishing Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Update PowerPoint content, themes, templates, layouts, formatting, and graphics.
• Perform high-volume quality assurance checks for content accuracy, formatting consistency, and requested changes.
• Process manual and automated change requests, track completion, and coordinate final delivery within deadlines.
• Manage Seismic assets, including versioning and archiving, and maintain large file repositories.
• Create and maintain Excel charts and investigate data variances and discrepancies.
• Mentor team members and support training initiatives for Publishing Specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content production, publishing, or high-volume content operations.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including themes, templates, layouts, formatting, and graphics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and chart creation.
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage repetitive workflows and large file repositories.
• Ability to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies across large volumes of content and data.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Working knowledge of financial and investment concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront and Seismic.
• Experience in highly regulated environments requiring accuracy, consistency, version control, and established publishing processes.
