Manual QA Engineer (Mobile) (iOS/Android): Testing mobile applications, backend services, internal admin tools, and A/B experiments for products used by more than 1M users with an accent on functional coverage, API validation, defect analysis, and release readiness. Focus on reproducing complex issues, validating end-to-end functionality, and improving testing processes for reliable feature delivery at scale.

What you will do

  • Perform manual testing of iOS and Android applications, including smoke, sanity, regression, and functional testing.
  • Validate backend functionality with API tools and MongoDB.
  • Test internal admin panels, supporting systems, and end-to-end product functionality.
  • Test and validate A/B experiments for accurate implementation and reliable results.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and analyze defects while collaborating with developers on resolution.
  • Create test documentation and reports, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and improve testing coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with manual testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android.
  • Ability to perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Experience validating APIs and backend functionality with databases, primarily MongoDB.
  • Ability to create test cases, checklists, test plans, bug reports, and testing reports.
  • Experience investigating defects and contributing throughout the software development life cycle.
