Lead of Treasury (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the treasury function, scaling processes and implementing best practices.
• Develop the treasury team by distributing workload, setting priorities, and mentoring team members.
• Manage relationships with banks and electronic money institutions, including fees, credit terms, service conditions, and account lifecycle management.
• Manage KYC, payment documentation, bank cards, refunds, chargebacks, and operational correspondence.
• Identify foreign exchange and financial risks, manage currency exposure, and support banking decisions for new business flows.
• Improve and automate treasury processes, contribute to the ERP transition, and prepare management reporting.

Requirements

• Experience leading or developing a treasury function and treasury team.
• Experience managing multi-currency cash flows and relationships with banks, EMIs, and financial service providers.
• Knowledge of KYC processes, financial compliance, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk mitigation.
• Ability to execute payments, prepare supporting documentation, and ensure operational continuity when required.
• Ability to collaborate with Accounting, Financial Control, Product, and senior management teams.
