TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Developer (AI/Python): Own end-to-end technical delivery for a product module across Python and Flask backend services, React and TypeScript frontend development, GCP cloud integrations, data, testing, and deployment with an accent on backend architecture, service boundaries, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on designing APIs, troubleshooting application and cloud layers, building automated tests and CI/CD workflows, and implementing agent-based tooling safely.

What you will do
- Lead hands-on technical delivery across backend, frontend, cloud, data, testing, and deployment.
- Design and develop backend architecture, APIs, and services with Python and Flask.
- Contribute to React and TypeScript frontend development and maintain clear service and module boundaries.
- Manage GCP integrations, databases, data models, deployments, releases, and production troubleshooting.
- Establish unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices while addressing security and dependency risks.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and apply AI-assisted tools, agent-based workflows, prompts, and automation to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack experience.
- Strong professional experience with Python, preferably Flask, plus API and backend service design.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, GCP, SQL, databases, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with automated testing, software architecture, service boundaries, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Advanced English is required for communication with global teams.
- Ability to work as a hands-on technical owner while balancing implementation and technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Spanner, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, IAM, and GCP monitoring.
- Experience with pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, GitHub Actions, or Snyk.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, MCP, prompts, developer automation, or AI-integrated QA processes.
