Full-Stack Software Engineer (Vue/TypeScript)

Location: Remote, U.S.-based; California and New York metro areas excluded

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD base pay annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

hirify.global provides a cloud-native IT operations platform for automatically configuring, patching, and securing enterprise endpoints.

What you will do

• Build and ship customer-facing full-stack features for the hirify.global console and related integrations.
• Develop Vue components and state management, Laravel and Spring Boot services, TypeScript-based AWS Lambda functions, and supporting data models and migrations.
• Design and document scalable REST API endpoints with pagination, filtering, and error handling.
• Add logging and metrics, monitor releases, and resolve issues identified through production data.
• Work with product managers and UX designers to turn roadmap requirements into technical plans and shippable increments.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests, review code, improve maintainability and performance, contribute to the component library, and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience building and shipping enterprise web applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript with a modern component framework; Vue is preferred.
• Server-side development experience in an object-oriented language; Java with Spring Boot and TypeScript on Node.js are preferred.
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, SQL, data models, migrations, and query scalability.
• Experience writing automated tests for shipped code.
• Strong written communication for work in a distributed company.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel, PHP 8, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with AI coding tools and reviewing their output to the same standard as human-written code.
