Location: Remote from Russia; the posting is associated with Yekaterinburg. Working hours are 9:00–18:00 local time, Monday–Friday, with a one-hour lunch break; an alternative schedule may be discussed.
Salary: up to 140,000 RUB gross per month. The benefits section also mentions compensation of up to 1,700 USD per month depending on skills and experience.

Synergy Evolve is a UAE-headquartered digital marketing agency managing campaigns across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Organic Social, Organic Search, and Generative Engine Optimisation.
What you will do
- Manage CPC campaigns in Yandex Direct and Google Ads.
- Perform daily paid media campaign analytics, including potential use of Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and other AI solutions.
- Build reports in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Present campaign reports to clients in English and Russian through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom.
- Assign tasks to Junior Analysts, manage their workload, and operate independently without supervision.
Requirements
- Yandex Direct Advanced Certificate and Google Ads Search Professional Certification.
- At least two consecutive recent years of experience managing Yandex Direct and Google Ads campaigns, supported by campaign screenshots and previous client reports that can be shared under NDA.
- Native or bilingual Russian proficiency is required.
- Fluent English, proven by IELTS, TOEFL, or a similar internationally recognized certificate, is required.
- Strong practical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, and client reporting.
- Stable 24/7 internet access, an external monitor, headset with microphone, and webcam are required.

- Experience running Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
