What you will do
- Deliver flight simulator and ground-school training in line with regulatory requirements, curriculum, and customer expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for client training and internal course development.
- Provide instruction across assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
- Complete training records, maintain instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when needed.
- Progress toward Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman qualifications after approximately 1.5 years, subject to business needs.
Requirements
- Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Participation in ’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- Physical ability to use ladders, stairs, ramps, and confined spaces, remain stationary for extended periods, and occasionally move objects up to 20 lbs.
Nice to have
- Unrestricted PIC type rating.
- FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours.
- Business aircraft flight experience.
- Prior instructional or training experience.
- Customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and experience tailoring training to diverse customers.
