What you will do

• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-term demand planning for strategic and operational decisions.
• Own the development and continuous improvement of ticket and ancillary revenue management systems.
• Define the technology roadmap for AI-driven pricing, forecasting, and decision-support capabilities.
• Partner with Data and Digital teams to implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
• Evaluate network, fleet, and capacity scenarios and advise senior leadership on commercial impact.
• Lead Forecasting Managers and Pricing Systems Managers while driving governance, benefits tracking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading high-performing analytical or commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of airline revenue management, pricing strategies, demand modelling, forecasting tools, and large-scale data environments.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, financial, and commercial capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI applications in pricing and forecasting.
