Accountant (Project-Based Role)

Location: Remote within Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Kyrgyzstan

hirify.global is a global travel-tech company developing online booking platforms for tourists, travel agents, and business-travel providers.

What you will do

• Support the migration of financial processes and data to a new ERP system.
• Manage supplier settlements with hoteliers in 1C:8.3 and ERP, including revenue and payment reconciliation, document adjustments, invoices, and payment statuses.
• Prepare payment data and maintain settlement and banking-information records in Google Sheets.
• Reconcile, issue, delete, and track virtual credit cards.
• Handle hotelier requests by chat and email, including document, payment, and account adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the ERP implementation team on integration and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with 1C and ERP finance programs.
• English at B2 level or higher and Russian at C1 level.
