TL;DR
Senior DGAM Deployment & Sustaining Engineer (SaaS): Leading customer deployments, IdP/MDM integrations, and sustaining support for the DGAM SaaS platform across EMEA and APAC with an accent on cloud architecture, Android frameworks, and enterprise integrations. Focus on troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, performing root-cause analysis, developing hotfixes, and maintaining data quality across cloud ecosystems.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days flexible from home

What you will do
- Provide technical architecture guidance, platform demonstrations, and workshops during customer engagements.
- Lead end-to-end DGAM deployments and integrations with customer Identity Providers using OAuth and SAML, as well as MDM platforms.
- Resolve critical customer escalations through deep root-cause analysis and rapid hotfix development.
- Monitor data quality and collaborate with data engineers on accuracy, governance, and compliance in cloud ecosystems.
- Mentor team members, define requirements for troubleshooting tools, and participate in senior-level customer discussions.
- Create deployment runbooks, maintain architecture diagrams, and implement platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Production technical support experience with complex customer-facing escalations.
- Programming experience with Python, Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Strong knowledge of native Android frameworks, libraries, and debugging tools.
- Experience with cloud architectures, preferably GCP, and Big Data or ETL tools including BigQuery, Firebase, Apache Beam, or Spark.
- Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, relational and NoSQL databases, and MDM platforms such as SOTI, Workspace ONE, or Intune.
