Associate Inside Sales Specialist (Sterilization and Disinfection Control)

Base compensation: $32.50–$40.63 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities by phone, email, and digital channels.
• Qualify leads, follow up on opportunities, and support straightforward sales transactions.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and support renewals, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of biological and chemical indicators, related systems, services, and basic contract terms.
• Maintain customer and opportunity data, update forecasts, and prepare routine activity reports.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain basic value propositions.
• Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn sales systems and tools.
