Focus on designing scalable solution architecture, specifying interfaces and data mappings, and resolving technical, data, and integration issues through testing and deployment.

What you will do
- Define and own the HR Mini Master solution architecture within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Design the representation and maintenance of employee and organizational data in S/4HANA.
- Design and oversee integrations between HRMM, SAP systems, non-SAP systems, and external HR platforms.
- Define data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms with technical teams.
- Provide architectural guidance to HR/HCM consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, troubleshooting, and architecture documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR, HR master data, and organizational structures.
- Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, and interfaces.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design, including APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
- Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end technical designs and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Workday with SAP S/4HANA for employee, organizational, and HR master data.
- Knowledge of Workday-to-SAP integration technologies and patterns.
- Knowledge of ABAP and the ability to review technical developments and specifications.
