HR People Partner

Location: Cyprus, with an office in Limassol city center. The role includes relocation to Cyprus with a 3-year Cyprus work visa and visa support for the employee and family.

Salary expectation: monthly net salary in euros.

What you will do

• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Partner with managers on performance, development, employee relations, organizational changes, and complex individual cases.
• Own and improve employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and probation through internal moves and offboarding.
• Design and implement HR practices, policies, benefits, and People programs as business needs evolve.
• Use employee feedback and people data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad HR experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist, ideally in technology, fintech, or another fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and strong knowledge of core HR processes.
• Experience independently owning and improving HR processes from idea through implementation.
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence handling complex or sensitive cases.
• Strong ownership, judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Russian is a plus.

• Experience building, transforming, or localizing HR practices.
• Experience in a technology or fintech company.
• Russian language skills.
