Senior Product Designer

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus equity compensation

What you will do

• Design and prototype simple, playful learning experiences for the hirify.global app.
• Lead large work streams independently across mobile apps, websites, and communications.
• Partner with designers and artists to expand hirify.global’s design language.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define product direction and execution.
• Shape polished experiences across animation, copy, UI, and business impact.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the broader Design organization.

Requirements

• Online portfolio featuring simple consumer mobile apps.
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes quickly.
• Experience shipping products at scale within a product organization.
• Ability to explain design work and decisions clearly and concisely.
• Comfort solving difficult problems in ambiguous and complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI and LLMs to develop ideas from scratch.
• Deep understanding of brand and its role in business.
• Experience shaping motion and animation for user interfaces.
