What you will do

• Review video footage of robotic arms performing real-world tasks.
• Identify and label actions, object interactions, state changes, outcomes, and errors.
• Apply systems thinking to analyze action sequences, cause and effect, and success or failure conditions.
• Use annotation tools to label video content accurately and consistently.
• Flag ambiguous events and document observations clearly.
• Review annotations, provide quality-control feedback, and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Experience or strong knowledge of game development and gameplay analysis.
• Skills in video annotation, visual analysis, analytical thinking, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand actions, states, interactions, rules, and cause-and-effect relationships.
• Strong written communication skills and consistent documentation practices.
• No prior AI or robotics experience is required.

Nice to have

• Background in game design, gameplay development, technical game design, or game QA.
• Experience testing, debugging, or documenting gameplay behavior.
• Experience with data annotation, visual QA, AI training, or robotics.
