What you will do

• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to PMO guidelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
• Control project scope, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and growth.
• Provide reporting for stream progress and support quarterly planning.
• Contribute to corporate improvement and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Valencia, Spain
• English: Advanced written and spoken proficiency required
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, team management, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, and technical development workflows.
• Proven ability to design business processes and make effective decisions.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
