What you will do

• Ensure projects are completed on time, with stakeholder agreement on any necessary delays.
• Adhere strictly to PMO guidelines, ensuring necessary project documentation is up to date.
• Manage team resources effectively, controlling capacity, assignments, and plans to optimize utilization.
• Provide regular feedback to team members and support their growth.
• Lead dev team resource planning and handle scope changes.
• Provide reporting for stream progress and be the first escalation point for project issues.

Requirements

• Experience in team management, project management, or operational excellence, ideally in software development, technology, or data-related industries.
• Proficient in project control, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills suitable for various audience levels.
• Ability to design business processes and make effective decisions.
• Advanced written and spoken English is required.
