Fraud Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Vojvodina, Serbia; hybrid workplace. Shift work is required from 09:00–17:00 or 17:00–01:00 GMT+3, including weekends when needed.

What you will do

• Monitor user activity with fraud detection tools and identify suspicious behavior in real time.
• Investigate fraudulent operations by analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies, and connections.
• Track and investigate bonus abuse across products and respond to emerging risks.
• Model risk-detection algorithms and scenarios for potentially fraudulent operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on investigations and fraud-prevention measures.
• Lead incident response, prepare risk reports, and develop corrective actions for fraud and financial-risk incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in economics, analytics, statistics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, logical, methodical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Native-level Russian and English at B1 level or higher.
• Proactive communication skills, including communication with senior management, and willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends.
