Senior Fullstack Developer (iGaming)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid working arrangement after completion of the 6-month probation period.

Salary: €60,000–€75,000 gross per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Take ideas from prototype to production, iterating quickly and owning the full delivery cycle.
• Build and scale low-latency microservices that handle high production volume.
• Develop across the full stack, including data models, APIs, user interfaces, deployment, and monitoring.
• Make architectural decisions and optimize performance and infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering in a monorepo environment.
• Use AI coding tools and OpenAI models to accelerate development and increase engineering leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack.
• Strong React and Next.js frontend experience; Vue.js is an advantage.
• Backend experience with Node.js, ideally Nest.js, in a microservices architecture.
• Experience with monorepos, PostgreSQL, scalable production systems, and real operational load.
• Meaningful hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and OpenAI models in real development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, iGaming, or other high-stakes, high-throughput domains.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Workers, edge infrastructure, and AWS.
• Experience scaling reliable systems, event-driven architectures, CDC pipelines, or real-time data flows.
• Side projects or open-source contributions.
