What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture activities across a defined scope.
• Oversee solution design, architectural roadmaps, and guardrail standards.
• Coordinate teams and manage complex stakeholder engagement across delivery, IT leadership, product, and business functions.
• Advise senior leadership on IT strategy and technology investment.
• Drive AI-assisted architecture practices and maintain the integrity and scalability of architectural decisions.
• Build team capability in agentic and responsible AI design.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in enterprise architecture strategy and cross-domain solution design.
• Experience with architecture governance, technology investment planning, and complex roadmap development.
• Experience overseeing architecture programmes across a broad scope.
• Strong stakeholder influence and experience coordinating teams across multiple architecture domains.
• Experience developing team capability and advising senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
