operates e-commerce and delivery services in Taiwan, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas, and is expanding its fulfillment infrastructure in the market.
What you will do
- Set Taiwan’s long-term real estate master plan and multi-year capital expenditure pipeline.
- Lead investment proposals, financial business cases, capital allocation, ownership models, and development economics with Finance, Treasury, and Tax.
- Direct site selection, land banking, joint ventures, build-to-suit projects, forward-funding models, and strategic acquisitions.
- Manage zoning, environmental, traffic, and municipal approvals and maintain senior government and institutional stakeholder relationships.
- Guide automation, sustainable building practices, logistics technologies, and cold-chain infrastructure across facility designs.
- Set contracting and risk-allocation standards, resolve major disputes, and lead a multidisciplinary real estate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, urban planning, finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 18 or more years of progressive experience in logistics, industrial, commercial, or large-scale real estate development.
- Executive track record leading full-cycle developments or regional portfolios of large-scale industrial or logistics facilities.
- Experience negotiating with C-level executives, institutional investors, board members, and senior governmental bodies.
- Strong real estate financial modeling, corporate finance, development economics, and institutional investment underwriting skills.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, global logistics, retail, tier-one industrial real estate development, or institutional real estate private equity.
- Experience delivering automated fulfillment centers, multi-story distribution hubs, or advanced cold-chain infrastructure.
- Master’s degree, MBA, relevant engineering or planning degree, or professional accreditation such as RICS, AIA, or PMP.
