(Sr.) IT Asset Manager (IT Asset Management): Managing the full lifecycle of software, hardware, SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements, and ISIT contracts with an accent on license compliance, inventory accuracy, vendor governance, and IT cost optimization. Focus on coordinating software audits, negotiating renewals, identifying unused licenses, and controlling commercial risks across an enterprise IT environment.
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan; full-time, onsite

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of software, hardware, SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements, and ISIT contracts.
- Administer Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management programs, including license compliance and hardware inventory accuracy.
- Track software usage, identify unused or underused licenses, and support software audits and license reviews.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contract renewals, notice periods, and commercial risks.
- Support contract negotiations with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and ISIT leadership.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide regular reports to ISIT leadership.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management, or IT Procurement.
- Experience with major enterprise technology vendors, including Microsoft, SAP, Google, VMware by Broadcom, and Dell.
- Experience with software licensing, optimization, renewals, vendor negotiations, and software audits.
- Experience with IT asset management tools such as ManageEngine ITAM, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in enterprise or multinational IT environments.
