Solutions Delivery Manager (IoT Platform): Building and leading a regional delivery function that implements and drives adoption of Trackunit’s Manager and IrisX platforms across the Americas with an accent on team development, customer outcomes, and technical delivery. Focus on coordinating integrations, data migrations, reporting, APIs, data pipelines, escalations, and reusable delivery practices that improve adoption and scalability.
Location: Hybrid role based in the US, Canada, or London, UK

What you will do
- Build, lead, coach, and develop the AME Solution Delivery team.
- Plan regional customer engagements, coordinate resources, and manage scopes, responsibilities, and handovers.
- Guide implementation and adoption of the Manager and IrisX platforms in customer systems and workflows.
- Support complex implementations involving platform configuration, APIs, integrations, data migrations, reporting, data pipelines, and analytics.
- Monitor engagement pipeline, capacity, delivery progress, time-to-value, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate Commercial, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, IoT Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams through customer implementations or technical delivery.
- Background in solution engineering, technical consulting, software delivery, data delivery, or a related discipline.
- Ability to develop people, clarify complex work, and connect technical delivery with customer outcomes.
- Experience guiding work involving integrations, data migrations, reporting, platform capabilities, or analytics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the US, Canada, or London, UK.
