Business Process Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global SuccessFactors implementations across Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Analyze client requirements and map HR workflows to system requirements.
• Configure SuccessFactors systems, conduct testing, and support go-live processes.
• Train users after launch and help resolve implementation issues.
• Work directly with clients to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
• Assess HR processes for improvement, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of hirify.global SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Fluent English required for client and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of HR business processes, business process analysis, and business process management.
• Clear communication, customer orientation, emotional intelligence, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience with Employee Central or Talent modules.
• Japanese language proficiency for expanded client collaboration.
• hirify.global SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with AI-assisted automation, prototyping, or AI output quality assurance.
