TL;DR
Manager, Client Consulting (Payments/Financial Services): Delivering consulting engagements for payment strategies, customer lifecycle management, customer experience, and go-to-market execution with an accent on client problem framing, data analysis, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on shaping solutions for complex opportunities, leading project teams, and facilitating workshops that drive growth for financial services products.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Provide end-to-end support from client engagement and solution development through project delivery.
- Shape proposed solutions for complex client opportunities and define project scope.
- Understand client objectives and frame business problems or opportunities.
- Collect and analyze client information, interviews, data, processes, policies, competitive intelligence, and environmental information.
- Lead project or team delivery with support from internal resources and external vendors.
- Facilitate client meetings and workshops to enable creative problem solving and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management and the product marketing lifecycle, including customer profile analysis, initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Experience implementing a product or program in financial services; card issuer or acquirer experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience delivering growth for financial services products.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Taiwan.
