Senior Copywriter (CRM)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Sea Containers office in London, United Kingdom, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and edit high-quality CRM copy for newsletters, emails, landing pages, direct mail, SMS, MMS, digital, and social platforms.
• Create conceptual ideas and campaigns for multiple automotive brands, expanding CRM communications into other mediums.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists, content strategists, designers, and cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and customer engagement.
• Analyze customer data to understand audience needs and preferences and optimize messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple tones of voice, brand guidelines, and positioning.
• Present copy and creative ideas to internal teams and clients while mentoring junior and midweight writers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a copywriter, CRM specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a history of developing big ideas.
• Excellent ability to interpret and adopt different brand writing styles and tones of voice.
• Proficiency with content management systems and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with creating and optimizing SEO content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
