What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities for New Product Introduction and Life Cycle Management projects.
- Develop and execute project plans from project charter through manufacturing or supplier handoff and global launch.
- Align Marketing, R&D, Quality, Planning, Source, and Supply Chain stakeholders on resources, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop launch-readiness plans supporting manufacturing scale-up and long-term supply strategies.
- Support make-versus-buy decisions and site-selection activities.
- Communicate project risks, opportunities, and business issues to management while driving innovative execution solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing New Product Development or New Product Introduction projects.
- Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments and managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or NPI programs.
- Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Lean, PMP, APICS, or equivalent certification.
