TL;DR
Senior Mobile Developer - Android (Kotlin/Android): Building and maintaining Android applications with an accent on Kotlin development, Jetpack Compose, software architecture, and automated testing. Focus on designing MVVM-based solutions, integrating coroutines or RxJava, reading legacy Java code, and implementing unit and UI tests.

Location: Remote in Portugal

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Android applications.
  • Build Android features with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Work with software architecture patterns such as MVVM.
  • Implement unit tests and UI tests.
  • Read and maintain legacy Java code.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Professional experience with Kotlin and Java.
  • Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with Coroutines or RxJava.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, unit testing, UI testing, and XML.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Experience with Compose Multiplatform.
