QC Laboratory Analyst (f/m/d)

Location: Visp, Switzerland; onsite laboratory role with participation in the scheduled on-call rota.

What you will do

• Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses in compliance with cGMP, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures.
• Execute assigned testing activities on time and maintain responsibility for designated laboratory equipment, including calibration and qualification.
• Support troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize laboratory processes, analytical methods, and workflows.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and participate in the scheduled on-call rota.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable scientific discipline.
• Initial or several years of Quality Control experience, ideally in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with physical and physico-chemical techniques, including pH measurement, Karl Fischer titration, UV spectroscopy, osmolality, and conductivity.
• Strong quality mindset with an understanding of GMP and compliance requirements.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a collaborative approach.
• Good command of English and basic German skills required.
