What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO initiatives to increase website traffic and search engine visibility.
• Direct research and analysis of site traffic, site architecture, and page content.
• Evaluate optimization recommendations and ensure SEO objectives are achieved.
• Track search engine performance and assess outcomes related to websites and marketing campaigns.
• Identify optimization opportunities and oversee initiatives to improve search engine rankings.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel while managing the SEO function.

Requirements

• Experience directing SEO strategy and implementation.
• Knowledge of website traffic analysis, site architecture, page content, and search performance tracking.
• Ability to evaluate data and recommendations across a diverse operational scope.
• Experience managing professional-track employees and potentially support-track direct or indirect reports.
• Ability to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
