Officer - Virtual Business Support (UAEN Only)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers using the virtual branch.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Follow banking policies and controls to protect the virtual bank from financial and non-financial loss.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for business units under agreed service-level agreements.
• Manage and motivate the team to participate in change initiatives, programmes, and projects.
• Maintain consistent service standards across customer and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

• UAEN nationals only
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school degree in a related subject.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual English and Arabic communication skills required.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
