Location: Zurich, Switzerland; technical delivery teams collaborate across Switzerland and Spain.

What you will do
- Lead Flowable technology specialists and plan capacity and demand across multiple platform instances and banking domains.
- Deliver and operate business applications on the strategic business process, case management, and content management platforms.
- Establish technical delivery teams across Switzerland and Spain and build cross-site engineering collaboration.
- Manage operational budgets, costs, vendors, licenses, and near-shoring opportunities for Flowable and Censhare.
- Drive high-quality technical delivery, modern development practices, governance, and compliance across business and IT projects.
- Promote ethical, collaborative, ambitious, and accountable behavior while acting as a role model for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading an IT team, including performance management and people development.
- Technical leadership experience in platform engineering and modernization, including software development, cloud, GitLab, and project management.
- Hands-on understanding of business process and case management technologies such as Flowable, Censhare, or TYPO3.
- Strategic, decisive, result-oriented communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work in an agile manner, motivate others, and collaborate across teams and cultures.
